We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the following strict guidelines.

Returns You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be strictly in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at help@vlydoutlet.store with your order number and photographic evidence of the item's condition. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, odor, or damage.

Return Shipping Costs Unless the return is a direct result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), the customer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 5 to 7 business days for our team to inspect the item. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credited funds to officially post to your account.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events.

  • Intimate items, socks, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
