Order Processing Time All orders require a processing phase before they are shipped. Order processing takes 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). During this time, your payment is verified, items are allocated, and the package is prepared for dispatch.
Estimated Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and leaves our fulfillment center, estimated transit times apply:

Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather, postal strikes, or carrier logistical issues.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) For cross-border shipments, the customer is the importer of record. You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your destination country. We do not cover these charges, and we will not issue refunds for packages abandoned or refused due to unpaid customs fees.
Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Our liability ceases once the package is confirmed delivered by the tracking system.
